I purchased a GTA V modded account in 2016, played through 2019 until switching to Xbox. I'd like to get back into my old account to sell it, but I don't know the password. I have full email access, however I don't have any DOB or security question answers for the account. Are there any steps I can take to get this account back or is it lost in the abyss?

I had a similar issue to my knowledge you're screwed unfortunately

I hate console's for that, I was unable to get into my old PSN and Xbox account that i had since 2011 I tried calling Xbox several time's to get help but they're just bad with taking back account's, i offered to tell them all my credit card number's that I used on the account dating back to 2012, my addresses, former password but nope..
