Post your current specs including the model number of your power supply.

CPU i7-9700k
GPU EVGA GTX 1070 (Super clocked edition)
MOBO ASUS rog strix z390-e gaming
RAM 32 gb of corsair vengeance rgb pro
PSU as for my power supply I don't know the model number buts it's a EVGA 850 watt.

How much do you want to spend on the upgrade? Doesn't really matter as long as it's not over the top

What is your goal for the upgrade? New graphics card and new cpu cooler. I'm wanting an rtx card (pcpartpicker.com/product/3sJmP6/n...0-2515-000) thinking about this one. However with my case (NZXT H510 Eite) there is kind of like a bar to hide cables and i'm not sure if it would be in the way of the card. I don't think it would as my current card is just shy of it. As for my cpu cooler i'm looking at an nzxt kraken. Also not sure which would fit in my case the Kraken x63 which is 280mm or the x53 which is 240mm.

Overall that's mainly what i'm looking at and just wanted some more ideas. I'm open to any suggestions!

The cable management bar in your H510 should not affect GPU compatibility AFAIK. If it doesn't, the bar can be removed so it's really a non-issue IMO.
2070 Super is a solid GPU. I'd recommend looking at a 5700XT as well since they're far better value, but I chose an RTX 2070 Super over an RX 5700XT myself.
I wouldn't personally get one with the Founders Edition cooler, but if that's what you really like, then it'll do, and $500 is the going rate for a 2070 Super so it's at least not over-priced lol.

As for CPU cooler, the X63 should fit but I'm not 100% sure.
The older 280mm Kraken X61 would fit in the S340, but it was a really tight squeeze in the front of the case. I've not seen any builds specifically with an H510 and X63, so I couldn't say for sure but I'd imagine NZXT would make sure it would fit, even if it just fits and no more lol.
Either way, a 240mm rad is definitely going to save a lot of headache.

If it were me though, I'd get a Be Quiet! Dark Rock 4, or Dark Rock Pro 4. Swapped my X61 for a DR4 and am still so so glad I did.

I've been debating whether I should continue with AIOs or go back to a heatsync. I have a hyper 212 laying around in my other room somewhere. I'll look into the Dark rock. As for the AIO I would assume it fits as the case is literally by nzxt aswell I might email them just to be on the safe side.

Honestly, I used to see the 5700XT as a very good card compared to a 2070 Super or 2070 in general, but of late with the amount of reports I see of the 5700XT failing I have severe regrets recommending it.

When it comes to CPU coolers, really the question is more or less what it is you have space for. If you can fit the monsters that Be Quiet and Noctua have, I can't see a reason not to use them over an AIO. Especially if you're not overclocking and want to be easier to manager than an AIO. I mean if an AIO or a custom loop fails, where do you begin on replacements? With a heatsink it is just a fan or two and done. I would recommend not going to NZXT purely based on my experience with CAM. Hated that software always crashing or just outright refusing to work.

I haven't had any issues with their program at all and I have their case aswell. But Yes I do agree I do fear that one day the AIO will fail and everything will be ruined and i'll have to restart that is the main thing pushing me towards getting a heat sync rather than sticking with the AIO
