Post below if you do.
-How often?
-What distance is your average?
-What's the longest distance you've ran?
-Fastest Mile time or another distance time?
-How do you recover from your runs?

Very interested in seeing what you guys have.

-I run every day
-roughly 5 miles maybe 4 if I'm doing something after.
-I've ran 10 miles quite a few times, I really want to run a marathon.
-Fastest 1 mile is low 6 min, fastest 2 miler is 13:03, fastest 4 mile is 27:59, fastest 5 miler is 36:41
-Just stretch legs out and roll shins.

Yes, I love to run and I run for fun. Unfortunately, due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic I am not going outside for running but still doing some basic exercises at home to keep myself in reasonable shape.

I'm guilty of going outside and running still!

Yeah that's pretty much me right now.
I need the motivation to go out for a jog, but I can't get it

I was in military school for 6 months and we ran just about every morning the most they made us run was on tank trails with weighted bags and they were really long some like 10 miles.

I've just started really. I'm overweight and want to lose it. Started my fitness journey 3 months ago and I've lost 11kg so far. Can only run around 2 miles a day but hoping to improve soon!

Can I count being on my bike as running? Takes just as much out of me as running does and I guess its some form of exercise hahaha
