What kind of exercise are you guys doing since all the gyms are closed?

I've barely done anything and im averaging about 2K steps now where I used to average 11K steps can really feel the difference already and notice the weight lose as well from not training properly. But my mates are challenging each other to see who can get the quickest 5/7/10KM times so gonna jump in on that to keep myself some what fit during this time

I have to walk around at work a lot but I probably only get around 3 miles a day. I should be doing more though so I don't gain unnecessary weight.

Yeah with walking to work around and back to the car etc it was helping a lot but now working at home I'm really only walking about the house and you can only do that so much

I go for a run every morning and evening. And trying to keep on top of healthy eating

Since I am a big outdoor fan so for me its not easy to do home workouts but I am still trying to have a home workout routine and started few simple exercises to keep myself in shape. Here are some exercises I am doing:

    Different Jumping Routines
    Pushups
    Squats
    Burpees

I havent been working out as hard as I should. But I try and go on at least a 1 hour walk each day!

1 hour walk
3-8 minutes of jump rope
25 jumping jacks
10 per leg of lunges
5 minutes of planking
25 push ups
15 sit ups
5 per leg of hip rotations
