So I'm here to see if I'm not alone. I have gone through a lot in my life and suicide has crossed my mind on stupid occasions. I lost a brother through it.. but I want to know have you Felt an all time low? Not eating ? Can't socialise ? Can't talk properly? Sweat if u are around more than 3 people ? Over think? Butter fly feelings ? Very emotional ups and downs. Can't leave the house !!!! Is this you?

I want you to know you will and can get better, I lost my job from depression couldn't leave the house "bed sit apartment" but I have decided to get of my arse and face the world again I'm only 23.. I now have work lined up and am going to really try and not fall back into a dark patch.

There is always light at the end of the tunnel well no matter what your going through you are loved and just never give up!!!

Admin delete if not aloud.

Glad to see you're getting up rather than down man, be proud of yourself for finding yourself again. I'm still stuck in the dark patch, but I'm trying my best for this covid stuff. I refuse to be the first UK citizen to end myself because of this.

We don't encourage the discussion of suicide on site as that is a really important subject that those need to bring up to their families/friends and get help fast. If anyone is feeling down, it'll get better. Please contact your National Suicide Prevention lines.
