Just looking for any tips on what to eat whilst i'm bulking, I'm fairly switched on with nutrition as I've studied sports exercise but i'm not 100% what to eat other than excessive carbs, peanut butter, shakes, greek yoghurt etc etc.

Thanks in advance lads

Try and use some creatine to help. Make sure you are eating within your caloric goals and needs though, don't break it for a bulk.

Water and lots of high quality food, stick to a clean bulk. Just because you're bulking doesn't mean you should be stuffing your face with junk food.

If you're trying to bulk I'd suggest hearty meals with Mutant Mass Protien powder. For meat I'd recommend Steak or Chicken as those are great choses of protien. For carbs I'd go for lots of pasta, rice is also a good options. Finally if mass is your main concern right now I'd suggest creatine as it adds mass by filling your muscles with more water. You'll probably want to raise your daily calorie intake of a normal 2000 to about 3000 just for gains.
