" The NBA announced that a player on the Utah Jazz has preliminary tested positive for COVID-19. The test result was reported shortly prior to the tip-off of tonight's game between the Jazz and Oklahoma City Thunder at the Chesapeake Energy Arena. At that time, tonight's game was cancelled. The affected player was not in the arena.

The NBA is suspending game play following the conclusion of tonight's schedule of games until further notice. The NBA will use his hiatus to determine next steps for moving forward in regard to the corona virus pandemic."

Wow. This is Wild. Thoughts?

It's pretty crazy, I'm sure the NHL, UFC, and MLB are going to suspend their games/events as well.

Lots of events are happening, hopefully it prevents more people to understand whats going on around the world.

To be honest, the flu is a bigger deal than this virus, but the precautions they are taking is either to 1) boost the economy 2) we care about our citizens.

So, this is a great deal that we've known about the virus from these other countries but continued to allow it to get over here. Idk. Bad thing.
