It also supports G-Sync. Lots of monitors now are labeled "G-Sync compatible" which just means Freesync, but works out of the box with NVidia GPU's. With "Freesync" monitors, you just have to enable it manually in your monitor's settings and then enable it manually in the NVidia control panel, but it still works. Some older, low end Freesync monitors might have weird issues running on NVidia GPU's, but luckily plenty of people have used monitors like the MSI MAG271CQR with NVidia GPU's and confirmed it works well. I'd be surprised if any monitors other than basic 1080p60Hz/75Hz had issues with running Freesync on NVidia GPU's. |
