It has yet to be issued some people have it because Mortar was nice and did some people by hand.

Some people also have it from other years.

Wow crazy how I was the first to post about this in the ask community forum mortar replied but still gave out the badge to other people by hand but couldn't give it to the person who asked first about it now I got mis information and have to wait till Monday to get a badge that was suppose to be issued the 27-28
