I'm building a PC for the first time in 20 years, and after a bunch of research (the first video of which showed me the process basically hasn't changed in all that time, which gives me confidence) I have a build I'd like to get advice on:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2600; £120
MOTHERBOARD: MSI B450 Tomahawk Max; £90
GPU: XFX RS XXX RX570 4gb; £120
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 2x 8gb 3000/3200 Mhz; £55
STORAGE: Adata XPG 512gb M.2 NVME; £55
PSU: Corsair VS450 / EVGA BR450; £35
CASE: Coolermaster Masterbox NR600; £70
FAN: be quiet! Pure Wings 2 120mm; £5
KEYBOARD: Kingston Hyper X Alloy FPS Pro; £60
MOUSE: Redragon Centrophorus M601; £12
HEADPHONES: Corsair H70 Wireless; £70

The main use for this thing will be gaming, and probably also streaming, but not triple-a stuff; also watching films but not storing a ton of crap. The plan is to add extra storage and upgrade other bits later if needed.

The main thing is whether anyone sees any potential issues with this setup, but also if anyone's got suggestions for cheaper parts that will do the job just as well. Except for suggesting mini and micro atx stuff, I've ruled that out for the sake of later upgradeability

I've left out a monitor as I'm planning to just use my HD TV, so if anyone sees a problem with that too, let me know.

Don't buy a Corsair VS PSU. Also, mATX isn't really any less "upgradeable" than ATX, for the most part. mITX can be pretty limiting though.

I would absolutely be investing in at least a half decent monitor asap, instead of using an old TV.
