Anyone know of a site that I can use to get a virtual "debit card" that I can fill with PayPal or a prepaid Visa card (a lot of sites don't accept prepaid cards as a payment method to fill the virtual card).
Willing to gift a month of gold or PayPal someone $5 if they can find something that works. Requirements: Able to fill the card will PayPal or a prepaid Visa card No ID/SSN verification |

Have you looked into 'Revolut' use it to spend funds from Crypto investment. Not sure, but you may be able to link a PP as its essentially a bank account which then allows you to use a virtual or physical card.
Maybe you can link PP and send funds to Revolut, and away you go |

| Just had a quick look at mine, you get a account number and sort code like you do with a bank. So set PP up to withdraw to them details, set up a virtual card which even kets you add it to apple pay on iphone and boom |
