Thinking about getting a gaming chair but wanted to know the difference in them apart from the price what else is there?

Gaming chairs tend to have a few more functionalities over regular office chairs but generally, yes they are just overpriced chairs. For example my gaming chair has locking caster wheels, pretty big recline angle, adjustable arm rests forwards, backwards up and down.
No doubt you could find a office chair with some of these, but the selling point for me was the locking wheels which most office chairs don't have. It makes racing simulators much more enjoyable. |
