ight so i have a "gaming pc" that can barely play anything due to graphics lag, i have a 1060 graphics card and 8 gb of ram. would the geforcertx 2060 super and 32 gb of ram make a big enough difference to invest the 500 for the upgrades, also if i did get them would i need anything else to make them work like maybe a better power supply or would it be about the same power?

like any new game is hard to play due to constant freezing, it might be another problem though, i could record a video with exactly whats going on and link it here if it would help

Something else is going on. While 8GB of RAM might be limited on some games, it's still very usable in most cases. 1060 GPU for the most part is still able to run most games at 1080p without you having to drop too many settings to get a decent frame rate.

Now onto some questions. You say graphics lag, what do you mean? Stuttering? FPS just tanking? Rubber-banding? Very delayed inputs? There's a lot that contributes to these things. My guess would be there is some sort of bottleneck happening, probably from the CPU. RAM might also be with slower clock speeds.

If you have your part listing for your current PC, could you link it? If you don't have the part listing could you say what CPU you put in and the exact RAM you did. If this is a prebuilt PC, if you know the link, could you link the build?

As for the upgrade, the 2060 and 32GB RAM will eclipse your current build, but first we just want to make sure there isn't a bottleneck otherwise it's a wasted effort upgrading those components right now.

also the frames would go from 60 to 2 then back to 60 anytime anything would go on inside a game

Okay, so the GPU and CPU aren't a bottleneck, 1050 Ti is arguably an "entry" GPU now, meant to jump you in at about medium settings 1080p, high settings with usable FPS. CPU is okay, not the worst, but could have been better. The RAM they have is 2,133MHz which is kind of on the lower end. RAM speed doesn't really matter too much in gaming outside some situations, but I don't think it would be the cause of constant freezing you mentioned.

That might be a software related issue or a heating issue, but please do record if you can. If you're able to have something running where it shows the status of your hardware, such as CPU temp, CPU clock speed, GPU temps, GPU clock speed. If you don't want to setup MSI afterburner and RivaTurner, you can set this up since it has a simple OSD to show FPS, CPU usage and temp, GPU usage and temp and RAM usage and temp.

Record the issue and if possible post back the results if they're not clear enough in the video for the usage stats.

honestly it looks like my ram was at 97 percent the whole time i was playing but i dont know if you could see it with the bad quality but it would shift from around 60 to 30 then 60 then below 10 and drop to 1 2 or 3
