| My advice, would be to skip the background colour if possible. The red skies and clouds don't really take up too much room, but the thing that needs to be understood with back tattoos is they're a long process and they hurt like a bitch. Especially once you get into your shoulder blades and nearing the sides of your ribcage, lower back is another place of interest to want to not have too much work done on. The reaper and crows are going to be a good size and will have enough colour, shading, line work, everything added to them, and will be reaching both the bottom of your back, sides and certain areas of your shoulder blades. The background (if you're talking a whole back tattoo) will naturally fall near your shoulder blades, possibly closer to the divot near your collar bone, depending on how high you go up. To me personally, I feel it's better to just avoid that extra hassle/uncomfortable feeling/pain for just a little bit of red, grey, white and black. The focus should be more suited towards the reaper. |

Mate that will take a long time but that would be sick and 100% worth it and judging your budget you should be bale to get a full back price for 5k
