Update for me,

still with cogeco but got brand new speeds on friday! The upload speed hasn't improved much but the download is much better hit around 100 MB/s on downloads instead of 15 lol..

Must be nice, I have Spectrum as well and their service is booty. My internet goes out around noon everyday and they keep telling me there is nothing wrong with my internet.... I am switching soon.

I have Comcast/xFinity and I never have issues with it gaming, downloading, and uploading is all fine no complaints from me.
