The September issue of Shonengahosha's Young King BULL magazine revealed on Monday that Hiroshi Hirata will launch a "epic period-drama manga of one-shots" titled Zanki in the magazine's next issue on September 13. The series will be an omnibus of one-shot stories.
Hirata is known for his "gekiga" stories about samurai, including Satsuma Gishiden (pictured right), an adaptation of Zatoichi, and more.
