What do you prefer? What's your style of caffeine intake?
Me personally, I like RedBull (it's life) and Bang energy drinks. I drink coffee every so often but not for the caffeine, but for the taste. |

| I've always been a huge fan of coffee but I don't really drink it for the caffeine. I think coffee is something I drink a lot more frequently but if I'm trying to stay awake I will go with an energy drink instead. |

coffee doesnt kill you fast i know because i drink about 15 to 20+ cups a day
energy drinks causes so much issues that is worst then soda and this is coming for a guy who drank 2lt of pepsi and coke every single day then switched to coffee at 14. energy drinks will cause diabetes heart failure and so forth, coffee wont do that much harm if you limit the sugar intake which should be only one spoon of sugar not 50spoons like energy drinks |
