I mostly play FPS games like CS and Overwatch so refresh rate is a big factor so anything that's 4k and has 144hz would do the trick.

iDesiqnzxD wrote Yeah no, I don't wish to build a whole new PC

I'm not necessarily saying you should build an entire new system, just that you have the budget to do pretty much whatever you want really.

4k144Hz is really expensive.

PCPartPicker Part List

CPU Cooler: be quiet! - Dark Rock Pro 4 50.5 CFM CPU Cooler (£67.98 @ Aria PC)
Storage: Intel - 660p Series 1.02 TB M.2-2280 Solid State Drive (£94.96 @ CCL Computers)
Power Supply: EVGA - SuperNOVA G3 (EU) 550 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply (£74.33 @ Amazon UK)
Total: £237.27

You're Aerocool PSU is pretty low quality, so I'd be upgrading that tbh, especially now that you've bought a 2080Ti.

I included the Dark Rock Pro 4 because it's a good, well-priced cooler. If you'd prefer an AIO though, take your pick from these;

For monitor, here is 4k144Hz as cheap as you'll get it for a while;
Acer Nitro XV273K
-4k, 144Hz, Freesync, IPS

Here are some high end ultrawide displays;
Asus ROG SWIFT PG348Q
Acer Predator X34
-3440x1440, 100Hz, G-Sync, IPS

There are some new high refresh rate ultrawides coming out now though, so could see a better priced option pop up pretty soon, maybe be able to save £100-150. Not seeing too many great deals on ultrawides in the UK though, unfortunately.

Luckily, 1440p144Hz displays are plentiful, easy to get a good one for a reasonable price.
MSI Optix MAG271CQR
-1440p, 144Hz, Freesync, VA

Samsung JG52
-1440p, 144Hz, VA

The MSI Optix MAG271CQR is a great monitor and is priced really well currently. If you don't care for adaptive sync though, then the Samsung JG52 is still an absolute steal at £250 IMO.
