why didnt you cancel everything? why did you leave everything open? when your stuff is used for fraud always closet the account, id recommend going to your bank and talk with them about that same with the police since the person can and will go to jail for ruining your life.

i technically am a victim of fraud due to my insurgence company taking money from me without me knowing

Immediately contact the credit card company, change your online passwords and PINs.
Keep an eye on your bank statements, request a copy of your credit report.
Add a fraud alert to your credit report, consider reporting the theft by filing a police report.

Good luck, hope this gets resolved.
