Most people who get modified consoles get them to run mod menus, tools, etc. If you're interested in a console and are confused about a few things, you're better off posting what exactly you're confused on so it can be a bit easier for everybody to help you out.

Now? Either deranking people on cod or helping people who got deranked on cod.
Annnnd a lot of people just use them to mess around with mods offline.
Most people just have them in the closet now

I personally really only use mine to code nowadays, got bored of running around in public matches and modding, so i just make my own menus and tools now just to see what I can accomplish.
