You can afford a nice new monitor within budget, so why not. You can get a nice 4k60Hz monitor for just over £300, so up to you if you go 4k or 1440p144Hz. You can swap the Radeon VII for an RTX 2080 if you prefer, since they cost roughly the same. Some great deals on the Radeon VII though and the extra VRAM could be handy, especially at 4k. Add whatever capacity HDD you'll need. You could drop the cooler and swap the R5 2600 for an R7 2700 if you want the extra 2 cores. Stock cooler will be fine, especially if you're not overclocking and you can always upgrade cooler easily at a later date.
