Budget - 650 GBP
Games - Rainbow Six Siege, GTA, Overwatch, PUBG and The Division 2
Use of PC - Gaming
When - Over the next couple of months

Have keyboard, mouse, monitor already and will get headset and nicer mouse mat when purchasing parts.

So, is £650 the budget including a headset and mouse mat? If not, how much do you expect to spend on those two?
What monitor(s) are you using with this system?
Just planning on playing games with the system, anything other than you've listed?

When you say over the next couple of months, do you mean asap when you have a parts list, or in 3 months time you'll buy everything, or you're going to buy it bit by bit?

£650 is the budget for the PC. I would like to get a decent headset but that can be purchased at a later date and I can use my Xbox headset until I find the one I want. The mouse mat I'll peobavly spend £25 and look for a very large one that fits both mouse and keyboard.

I'll be using a 24" Samsung Curved Monitor (Don't know exact model) but will probably buy another in the future so my Xbox has a dedicated monitor for games like FIFA which are way more popular on Console. The games I've listed are the main ones, I'll be playing the likes of CSGO and some others but the ones listed are the main ones I'm looking to play the most. I'll be doing some word processing on it but the majority of use will be gaming.

I'll be buying it in roughly 3/4 months all at once and will be using the parts list to purchase everything. Just so I don't have parts lying around in my room.

We'll need to know the model of the monitor, or at least resolution and refresh rate.

If you're not buying for 3/4 months, then any parts we recommend will likely be not worth it by the time you purchase. Pricing changes constantly, and it's likely new components will have released by then.

If you were to buy now, I'd be looking at something like this;
PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: AMD - Ryzen 5 2600 3.4 GHz 6-Core Processor (£144.97 @ Amazon UK)
Motherboard: ASRock - B450 Pro4 ATX AM4 Motherboard (£76.48 @ Amazon UK)
Memory: Corsair - Vengeance LPX 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3000 Memory (£85.98 @ Aria PC)
Storage: Crucial - MX500 500 GB 2.5" Solid State Drive (£61.75 @ Aria PC)
Video Card: Asus - GeForce GTX 1660 6 GB Phoenix OC Video Card (£198.95 @ Box Limited)
Case: Phanteks - Eclipse P300 Tempered Glass (Black/White) ATX Mid Tower Case (£49.00 @ AWD-IT)
Power Supply: Corsair - CXM (2015) 450 W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply (£47.99 @ Amazon UK)
Total: £665.12
