Hey Guys, I'm having a really serious problem with my Xbox One X almost to the point where I cant do anything,
Everytime I load up my console it says something went wrong then theres troubleshooting methods in how to fix it, However, they do not fix the problem and I can't get onto the dashboard, Also, I managed to get on the The screen where it tells you to set your settings and all that and there was a 3.6 GB update that needed done, tried updating and it said there was a problem with this update... I have tried Factory Resetting,Power cycling you name it and it still won't let me past the starting screen.. Spoke to Support and they told me to Replace it, I have warranty but this Xbox I have came from Canada and they told me also that it was £205 which I'm not paying ofc,, Does anyone know any solutions for this? If so please let me know, Its really bad |
