the only recent one ive played was this one and really enjoyed it but nothing beats locking the butler in the freezer back in the day

I remember when this was added to Xbox live games with gold, played the game till the very end, great story and awesome graphics for the time. Tried the other Tomb Raiders after it and felt kinda stale and a rushed product.

Most of all the games on gold you always get. They sometimes have great games to scoop up. Then the other times I don't even download them or they don't peak my interest at all.

Also have to agree on that. The games are good and so are the series. But it seems like they are baniong out to many Tomb Raiders all at once. They have so many out right now.

I have yet to even play the other Tomb Raiders ones besides number One. Just seems like it got to be redundant at times.

I would say the Tomb Raider series gets repetitive. E.g: Shadow/Rise of the Tomb Raider, I feel like the overall gameplay is the same. Hunt animals for resources, loot enemies, cryptic puzzles, etc. I think the only thing they got going for the series is the story. The game is perfect I would say overall. Just don't see what they could add that isn't already established into the game.

So something that kinda came out of nowhere (unless I've just been blind to it) Square Enix is going to reveal The Avengers game at E3 during their panel/press conference.

They announced this game all the way back in 2017, and we still know practically nothing about it. I'm not a big marvel fan, but I feel like this game will actually be insane given the amount of time they've had to work on it. My guess was right that we would finally learn more about it this year and it looks like they will be giving us loads of information on it, and hopefully, finally, a release date.
I'm continuously disappointed when developers announce a game at E3 and proceed to give no real information on it throughout the year, or in this case, 2 years. Kind of like Halo 6... announced last year and we've had to wait a whole year for another E3 to hear more about it. That's bothersome, but I guess it builds the hype in a way.
I'm excited to see gameplay of this game but more importantly I'm excited to see what kind of game it will actually be, this article explains that excitement perfectly.

techspot.com/news/80287-square-en...ed-e3.html

"Unfortunately, beyond a title reveal and confirmation that more information is coming soon, we don't know much about Marvel's Avengers for the time being. It could be an RPG, a strategy game, a party-based adventure, or perhaps even an action-adventure game in the vein of Batman Arkham Asylum"

Given how big the last Avengers movie was, I'm sure this game is going to blow a lot of people away, especially since it's one a lot of people haven't heard of yet because they have said nothing about it.

Would love to see a 2019 or 2020 avengers game. I'm a huge fan of Iron Man. So it'd be really fun to play. To have missions or whatever.

I like Deadpool not a huge fan of Super Heros. Not surprised this would be coming out. The movies are pretty huge so makes sense.

It was actually announced a few years ago somewhere around 2017 but I've heard nothing about it since.

I saw a PCGamer article about it recently and it's being developed by the Tomb Raider devs, in which they're doing a single player up to a 4 player coop so it definitely has potential, E3 will be interesting.

Hoping the Avengers game is excellent, on another note looks like Dying Light 2 will get some featured time here since they're publishing the game now!
