What all goes into having a jtag? I'm currently thinking about buying my first one, and start to mod. It looks super fun, more fun than just being in lobbys, i haven't hosted, but i've been in modded lobbys since the OG mw2 days. I'm just curious to see what all goes into it, like prices for stealth, xbonline, menus etc. Is it very expensive outside of buying the console or?? Hope someone can help if this is the wrong thread, I am sorry & can delete if so.

It's awsome having one it's not as good as the old days An just the online time is most expensive part but even then it cost stuff all to run,

Server prices depends on what your using and in my opinion it depends on what you call expensive but if you're going for cheap and good I would use xbOnline their prices are as follows.
$4/Day
$7.50/3 Days
$12.50/week
$25/2 Weeks
$45/Month

Or for a more premium service you can get NiNJA which is;
$5/Day
$20/Week
$55/Month

Now their are obviously many other servers and there prices vary as well but those are the best and most popular ones.

Menus You can get Destruction for $50 it supports MW2, MW3, BO1 and AW.

Matrix Menu is unfortunately no longer for sale so I wont get too far into that but that would have been a better option then destruction.

Now if you want to mod and make money now is no longer the time to do so modding is a bit dead for sales now. If you want to mod just for fun then now is a good time just like any other.

Honestly I've been using ninja since XBLS lifetime user and it's the best just wish they'd bring back the gta v menu but other than that RGH is always fun to use

Teapot is a nice server to start with as they offer 7 days for free and it doesn't use all ur time when you're not online so if recommend setting up ur rgh with that server then moving to xbonline, ninja is simply to expensive for what you get nowwa days xbonline and ninja are damn near the same thing since the sease of African menu so I'd go that rout, who knows you may enjoy teapot I don't mind it when I'm broke I'll go on there since I had 15 days free time I use a days time whenever I'm bored.

You won't make much money but who knows you could if they release another cod backwards compatibile

So it costs to have an egg? What about if you was jus doing the mods for yourself , or doesn't it matter? And how do u get different mods onto the rgh
