Try avoid bad situations, get something that interest you eg gaming music or just sitting alone and doing sommit you enjoy.

I have anxiety as well buddy, i find driving on country roads and listening to loud music like Chill rap.

I find getting my self into bad situations kick starts my anxiety so i try my hardest to avoid them.

I didn't deal nor did i handle it. I suffered it through my daughter's pregnancy and a few months into her life. Honestly, the thing that dealt with it and helped was those who have previously suffered with it talking to me about it and being there for me. Without those friends idk what would of happened. But i am truly greatful those friends was there for me.

I was put on medication. But before I handled it by playing games, Music, reading and watching stuff. Just anything really that would distract me

Try to keep your mind focused on things that make you happy and strive to be a better person, overthinking is a main cause of anxiety and can lead to social anxiety if you over think situations.

Just live in the moment and don't worry about what others are doing just focus on yourself and your mental well being, try reading books to keep your mind focused on a subject you enjoy to keep the brain thinking about that or maybe go a run or anything fitness related as its proven to decrease anxiety.

I hope these help as I also suffer from mild anxiety.

Going out with my lady and just relaxing. Going to the beach or on a hike, stuff like that.
Also, if I'm able to game with a few old friends, I instantly forget my real life like I did when we were all kids.

I smoke some weed... not even kidding it helps you relax, obviously I can't always do that so when I can't I sit back and think happy!
