You have to add people to the leaderboards on BO4. You can add friends aswell as recent players. But like previously posted there are sites that you can see global stats on.

Yeah if you go to leaderboards there's a button to add players and you can select players from either friends list if there not on or from recent players. At the moment you can have a max of 200 players on your leaderboards |
