Possibly better that the 2080 Ti?

Yes, it will be better than the 2080ti. It's always been a close fight between the Titan and the TI previously and looking at the specs below, I can see it's going to be close yet again. Does this mean you should buy the Titan? I mean, if you have a bottomless wallet then sure, but the 2080ti would be the smarter choice of the two.
