Anyone else having this issue?

I checked settings and it is turned on. It's not my controller, it works fine on all other games.

It could be your batteries, they may be low.

Check to see if you need to update your controller in settings

People have complained of vibration not working when playing grand operations and I do not believe there is a fix for it yet
