I downloaded photoshop and when I try to open the desktop app up I get a error message saying the specified module can't not be found.
Anyone know why you I'm getting this message and how to fix it?

You're probably trying to run 2019 version of Photoshop. It's a bit more complicated to get working hence the error you're receiving. Install an older version as they're guaranteed to work as in the latest version adobe changed up the way it's patched.
