This is a strange one from the older days of xbox but easy 1000g in around 3 mins lol

Avatar the last air bender burning earth. You can prob pick it up for dirt cheap

Also a little more time but easy gamer score

Minecraft if you havent already pretty easy for achievements on xbox.
Doritos Crash Course might be worth a try also.

Cubot is an easy 1000g with a guide (Trueachievements)
Energy Cycle is another easy 1000g with a guide.
Ben-Hur is free - 1000g in 1-2 hours
6180 : The Moon
Life Is Strange
World 2 : Hunting Boss

All these games are dirt cheap.

Firewatch is a super easy one for 1k gamerscore, it's a pretty good game as well and can be beat in only a few hours
