So I thought I'd make this topic today as it would be my longest shift at work ever lol. I started my shift yesterday (Saturday) at 1pm and gonna finish Monday morning at 7am smh. So would have been a 42 hour shift. Keep in mind I have worked 25 days straight without a day off.

Just wounding what other nutters out there that's done a shift as long as this, I'm sure there is?

I work in a restaurant so my shifts aren't super long, longest was like 14 hours and pretty much impossible to do longer than that.

Most consecutive days worked without a day off was close to 3 weeks, I'd say like 18-21

Yeah can imagine 14 hours being on your feet is killer, I mean at least I get to sit down all night lol. Still hard asf to keep awake though.

A typical shift on patrol is 8 hours during the week and 12 on weekends, however when there is casework to complete I've had to stay up to almost 20-25 hours before.

Last week we had a sexual assault turned attempted murder and that was like 12 hours of paperwork alone.

15 hours

Remember this is on a building site.. so I woke at 5am to get to work at 7am as it's a 60 mile drive, finished my work at 9pm as we were pouring concrete and never got home until half 10..

Then had to go back the next day at the usual time lol

I've done a 21 hour shift, without a break.
But, as a Security guard, I was able to sneak off during the night and snooze for an hour or so. Technically still my shift, cuz I got paid
