I watched Tedious' GenerateTask series on YouTube (absolutely binged it, 7-8 hours each video) and absolutely fell in love with the concept. Turned my level 3 ironman into a full-fledged 'task only' Ironman and this has been the progress since mid-January up until now. The account already had 99 firemaking done + 83 hunter done (rushed Dragon implings to catch 20 of them and not get glory amulets) before starting the tasks so it wasn't exactly from scratch, but it was a level 3 with only ~500 total level.
Here are the stats as of now. I'm 48% into the Easy tier of the task generator (now has a plugin on RuneLite to track your tasks in-game) Here is the current Collection Log/Diaries/Combat Achievements currently done within the Easy tier. This type of gameplay has made me fall in love with the game again, I had burnt out on all my normie accounts. If anybody's interested in a similar account build, look up Tedious on YouTube and watch his GenerateTask series. It's made me do things I would never do on a normal account, like kill 917 Desert Lizards for a simple drop of Mystic Gloves (Light). |
