Not really "ruining" as it can be fixed by using your USB.

Keep your plugins as the following for easy use..
[Plugins]
plugin1 = Hdd:\xbdm.xex
plugin2 = Hdd:\STEALTH SERVER.xex
plugin3 = Hdd:\RPC.xex
plugin4 = HDD:\JRPC2.xex
plugin5 = HDD:\GTA MENU.xex

Not sure on a stealth server for you though.
