AD4M wrote Need to look for some creatine mate, is myprotein the way to go or go with a 'bigger' brand? If your just after a pure creatine, then yes, MyProtein has the best quality and still cheap. Me personally i have a blend of creatine and BCAA's and vitamins, and take that for my post work out, but on my days i dont workout i take the MyProtein creatine. |

But remember its gonna take at least a few months for your body to get used to the extra creatine so make sure you take it every day. You dont need to take breaks when using creatine, i always here people saying you should take a break from creatine then jump back on it, but then your body will have to start all over again and get used to the creatine intake. You can take creatine every day all year round, just make sure your drinking plenty of water though out the day. |
