I used the ultra a few months back, gave me energy whilst I was at work but I still nailed pre workouts at the gym so not sure of the effect they had. Used them on a cut with a healthy diet and dropped 7lbs of fat.


I just got them yesterday and I can say they do help with craving appetite. I wasn't hungry like all day and it was nice.

I wanna find the opposite lol, i want to feel hungry all day, so i can eat more anyone know if theres anything like this ?

Mikey I need some advice.

I am 6ft 5" quite skinny. I have tried so hard throughout my life to put on weight. I eat a lot, I mean a lot. I've also tried numerous weight gaining supplements as well as very strict "diets". My ideal weight to be would be 14/14.5 stone. Currently (this is the heaviest I have ever weighed) 13.2 Stone. Any advice on what things I should try that might actually work

People that say they eat alot, DONT, not nearly as half as much they should be mate. Even me, I eat a meal every 3 hours lol, but still, I could eat more. That's the only way man, just eat even more you are already doing. Also, you must remember its not all about protein to get big and put weight on. Sounds like to me your not taking enough calories in. What's your calories intake?
