yes. its connected to the internet. but i haven't done the whole "test connection" so all of my connections say unknown. could that be causing a problem? i haven't wanted to test it bc i don't want it to connect and get banned instantly

Have you tried redownloading the program from the site? I haven't had this problem before so I don't really know how to fix it, but i'll just throw out some ideas and hopefully it works.

yes i have redownloaded it. I had the problem a couple of days about when i didn't have neighborhood connected, redownloaded it and getting the same problem

Hmmm, interesting. I'm assuming Chat checked your plugins also? What are you rolling with? I don't have any issues with these plugins

Try putting on the missing plugins that you don't have. That might fix your issue.

That maybe the problem. Should at least have those two other plugins set for the tool to work properly with your JTAG/RGH. Do you have the xex's on your PC to add to your console or no?
