Here is the latest version of my setup. It has come a long way and I'm really happy with it. This should be the last update for awhile since I don't have anything else planned for it.

Here is a album on imgur that contains all the details on my setup: imgur.com/gallery/EKFym/new

Just installed new PSU. And yes, I know the cables could be a little better, but I haven't got the time to mess around with them.

So here goes. It's a Seasonic EVO M1211-520 Fully Modular unit, now I know it isn't the best unit on the planet, but it was fairly cheap.

I like fans.

No but seriously, I have 5 120MM fans [not including PSU], 1 80MM fan and 2 fans on my GPU. I dont have a fan controller or enough fan headers on my motherboard to get them all running.

The 2 side panel fans, the 80MM and one of the 120MM on my rad are all rigged up to a single 12V source from the mains. The is to simply have a quiet rig when idling.

The cabling for this ghetto rig was stoopid at best and kept breaking all the time. So, earlier today, whenever Craiggy posted hes PSU pics above, I decided to rip apart all the cabling and re-start it all. Pics below.

Before shot
Most of the wires was all joining at the side panel and was mostly bare cables since the tape I used kept coming off...

Confused?

Basically, Ive put the switch to turn off the fans on the side panel.

The 2 side panel fans connect to it.

A wire is also connected to it which then runs to the back of my case.

the 12v connects to that wire giving the switch power.

All the other fans meet there too.

This should be my last update for this rig...[Cliff hanger much]

Oh, and this is why I need so many fans.

4.7 Stable. The 80MM fan is needed to keep me from frying an egg on the mosfets. http://gyazo.com/dba6ef3602626292ee964af974446ab8.png

With all them mis matched fans on, it sounds like im in a airplane...

My next rig will have all matching fans. Im thinking a mix of Corsair AF & SP quite edition fans.
