Diego Costa has chosen to play for Spain over the county he was born in, Brazil.

Tough decision IMO, especially with the World Cup in Brazil,
What tea would you guys pick?

Brazil.

With Fred ageing, they don't have another half decent full international striker. He would have slotted nicely into the team. With Spain, they might not even play him because Del Bosque likes playing a false-9.

His build is well suited to Brazil aswel. I feel it was the wrong decision , like you said he is more likely to get into the Brazil team, even though Spain have just won 2 Euros and a World Cup I personally believe their time is up with football evolving into a 'pressing' game rather then keep ball like Brazil demonstrated.

I still remember the atmosphere in the confederations cup final during Brazils national anthem. Why wouldn't you want to be part of that?

Arsenal vs. Liverpool this saturday - should be a great game, looking forward to it! Both teams have had a great start, but haven't really played anyone decent - now they're up against eachother! I think Arsenal need to prove themselves, but I very much doubt Liverpool will make it an easy ride for them, with Sturridge & Suarez red hot at the moment!

Everyone is saying Arsenal need to prove themselves but I'd like to point out that you can win the league without beating any of the supposed top four. You don't have to be the better team.

If you lose to every team in the top 4, they are always going to be 6 points ahead of you, so you would have to outperform them in every other game, in my opinion if you lose every single game to every top 4 team, you will not win the league.

Well Pellegrini has dropped hart out of the city game. To be honest i think Costel Pantilimon should be given a few games of play to see what he's like.

Not every other top four is going to win every single game against the lesser teams. Plus, I think we will beat a couple of top four teams anyway.
People should focus less on trying to put Arsenal down and telling Arsenal fans they need to prove themselves and just stick to watching their own team.

People need to stop putting Arsenal down? Have you listened to yourself? :kawaii:

Arsenal haven't proven their place in the top 4 yet. That's a fact.

Agreed. Hart has been below par recently and Pantimilion has looked really good - did you see him against Newcastle? He was outstanding. Man of the match by far!

He will make Hart work too, now he knows that if he continues to underperform, he won't play every game and he will be dropped for him

Wait, what? Are you actually being serious?
We've been in the top four for the past 16 seasons. We've proven our selves.

That isn't proving anything. I'm talking about your squad now and the oppositions squads now. I personally think they will get 3rd, but who knows? They could finish 1st, they could finish 6th.

Exactly. Look at Chelsea when they won the Champions League. Where'd you finish, 6th?
Anything can happen. I personally think we can surprise everyone.

Exactly my point, but to ensure a high finish, you need to perform well against big teams. Liverpool is the first step, but they're doing really well at the moment with Suarez & Sturridge

You guys say Arsenal need to prove themselves while Chelsea can't even beat Newcastle.
