Reckon Isco has a point most days tbh, premier league is dying because of the 40 point boys like us west brom southampton etc need to add more incentive to push on because as it is these teams have almost nothing to gain by finishing 8th as opposed to 17th and that's just stupid. Should change up relegation so that it's possible that teams as high as 12th can get relegated. Have like a play off between 12th - 17th so shitty leech clubs (including us) are motivated to develop players and spend wisely to ensure a top finish and guarantee safety as opposed to stopping when they get 40 points, this season is the perfect example like 6 points between 8th and 17th shouldn't be happening ever. Would make the league more interesting aswell because come the last day nearly every team would have some thing to play for final day because this year was a joke, pretty much everything settled with nearly 3 4 games left. Something needs to be done.

West Brom were the worst for it this season, played great attacking football up until they got 40 points then went back to defensive for the rest of the season. Main reason is no teams can compete with the top 6 (Leicester last season), bottom 10 are more concentrated on avoiding relegation then getting in the europa league spots. there shouldn't be playoffs though . Some owners are just content with staying in the PL and getting that TV money.
