If Cech was a few years younger, then Courtois would have no chance, Cech is a world class keeper and still is, but because he is ageing now it won't be long before we'll need a replacement.
thing is a rate Courtois just as high as cech yeah i dont see him often but he is insne for such a young keeper

Also i don't think Martinez will suit Chelsea, im still hoping for Mourinho to put a massive bid for Lewandowski, if a done deal to Munich hasn't been made yet.

I can see him leaving Liverpool if they don't get a CL spot, but to be honest i think this is there season to get it, also if he leaves i don't see Chelsea buying him.

There's a 70mil buyout clause in his contract...

I heard the other week that Chelsea were going to offer 40mil plus Torres for Suarez, but I really don't see that happening

To be honest, i would want Eto'o and Ba to go, rather than Torres. Say we get a world class striker, get Lukaku back from loan, then we could have Torres as a back up striker, but he probably wouldn't like playing that role.

And where is this 70 million release clause you speak of? It certainly isn't in his contract.
