It's not that your defence and midfield are bad it's just ageing. It must be close to the end for Xavi and Puyol. Xavi is your key to keeping the ball but Fabregas can do the same job, I'm sure you will start bringing some youth through the ranks. There's still a lot of under-rated players in your team like Pedro etc.


Yeah it is ageing, but the manager hardly plays our younger players, it's so annoying. That's why we had to sell Thiago because he didn't get enough playing time.
Iniesta has been terrible this season, but just because he's a world class player he automatically gets to start which is very unfair on the likes of Dos Santos and Sergi Roberto who have been good. The same happens with our defense, Marc Bartra has been the best defender when he has played but Pique continues to get picked. This is the line up that should play more often (excluding Messi because he's injured atm)

Alexis - Neymar - Pedro

Roberto - Busquets - Fabregas

Adriano/Alba - Puyol/Pique - Bartra - Montoya

with Adama Traore, Dongou, Suarez getting called up occasionally so Neymar and co can rest.
I'd always choose Puyol over Pique but Puyol can't play every game so Pique > Mashy.
We should sell: Song, Mascherano, Tello and promote Deulofeu when he gets back.

I can only dream.
