Gotta_Have_It wrote The Barclay's premiere league teams spent a record total of 630 million pounds this transfer window.
United also signed fellani from Everton for 27.5 million I think.

Sounds about right, seen on sky sports they were talking about the fact clubs nowadays aren't really buying English players, which I agree with. I can't really remember much good recent English transfers

It's because English talent is on the decline. In my opinion, two of the best English prospects are Oxlade-Chamberlain and Wilshere and both play for Arsenal (one of the best teams in the league). There aren't many other decent young Englishmen that play for lower league teams.

Yes I would agree, most of the "big" young talent is coming from both arsenal and Liverpool. My favorite young English player is by far Wilshere.

I wouldn't say Liverpool. The only decent and relatively young Englishmen they have is Sturridge and maybe Jack Robinson.

Although what about Sterling

Sterling is SO overrated it's funny. Most sane Liverpool fans would agree. The only promise he's shown is he is quick and can cross a ball averagely. He's nothing special.

Over-rated?? I'm a Chelsea fan an I dot understand how you can say that, he's 18 he hasn't even fully grown yet lmao

You can call a player overrated, it doesn't matter what age he is. People were hyping him up to be an absolutely amazing player when really, he's pretty average.

Also, what does you being a Chelsea fan have to do with anything?

I'm just saying I'm not a biased Liverpool fan, age has a lot to do with it, he hasn't developed any experience yet, he was hyped up because he was playing incredible then Rodgers wouldn't risk him because he's not fully grown, one of England's most exciting prospects

From a 'sane' Chelsea fan

I seriously suggest you go and watch some of Chamberlain's performances over the past two or three seasons.
Chamberlain is a lot better than Sterling now, and will be in the future. I can't comprehend why you think Sterling looks more promising. 1234((

Agreed. Not just because I'm an Arsenal fan.

He hasn't really done anything, I mean 2 goals in 33 games, only Torres can boast about a terrible record like that..
Sterling has only had one season in the prem, he's been ripping U21's up lately. I mean for his age he's one of the best young players out there

Dude that is like saying Ferdinand having 7 goals in 300 games. Ox is not a goal scoring winger like Theo.

Yes sorry I don't know much about Football, yet you've provided clear evidence to support your argument apart from saying 'chamberlain is better, you don't know anything'.
Come back when your an unbiased realist

I just give up, there's no point in arguing with a deluded arsenal fan that's completely biased, even though he claims one has no knowledge but fails to use correct comments eg chamberlain has never played Barcelona, can't even use evidence to back an argument up, just use their opinion.
However I can understand that Chamberlain while better present will not be better future, due to the fact sterling still has 2 season to progress to get on his level now, but you fail to realise that because your the next England manager and everyone else's opinion means they know nothing about football, when in realist terms they have more then likely never been to their own teams stadium..
So peace out,

I hope, for you, Arsensl finally end that trophless drought.

I agree that Ox is better than sterling at the moment and i think he will be better whyen they are both older and as long as neither of them have any serious injury in thier careers im sure they will both be amazing footballers
