Here is the best boosting method for Battlefield 3:
Important Notice:

Game Setup:
Type: Squad Rush
Map: Any available
Server: Any that is empty
Class Setup:
Assault Kit
Primary Weapon: A Shotgun (870 MCS, USAS etc...)
Secondary Weapon: MP412-Rex, .44 Magnum, Scoped .44 (High powered pistols)
Gadget 1: Mass 26 (Buckshot or Slug)
Gadget 2: Defibrillator
Specialization: Ammo or Squad Ammo
Note: Player MUST have defibrillator in order to boost. Any primary gun, gadget 1 and specialization is acceptable but the shotgun is most effective for kills and the secondary shotgun gives you more ammo for kills. The defibrillator takes 4000 points in the Assault class to unlock. You can also take a class from a defender that has been killed with defibrillators. However, it is quite easy to get before boosting.
Boosting steps:
1) Host gets into empty squad rush lobby and invites all 8 party members into the game. Players must make sure they are switching onto the other team in order to get all boosting member into the game. This should not be an issue but if it is to switch teams follow these steps.
Suicide --> Navigate to Squad/Team --> Switch Team
2) Players will now divide into two groups. Each group consists of four members. Within each group 2 members stand next to eachother and face 2 members from the other team. Each group of 4 should be standing in a square formation quite close to one another.
3) The basic system is:
-Enemy kills partner
-Revive partner
-Kill enemy that killed partner
-Enemy revives their partner
-Enemy kills you (the one that killed their partner)
-Partner revives you
-Partner kills enemy
This method is repeated over and over again. You will shoot the same player the entire game, you will die from the same player the entire game, and you will revive your teammate. It is important that this system is followed to make sure the boosting session goes smoothly and you get your 'Nemesis Bonus' every kill. Every kill you get, your nemesis bonus will increase by 10 points.
Helpful boosting hints and warnings:
1) Your nemesis score is the most important score when boosting! Always make sure you keep the same pattern and never kill the wrong person.
2) When you die, hold A and you will automatically be revived by your partner.
3) Attackers should never die to refuel ammo. Get a defender to die come back to life with the Support class and drop ammo for the other 3 players in the group. Have him switch back to the assault class and continue boosting. The less deaths, the better.
Note: You can also use the unlimited ammo glitch I will show later in the post.
4) Be patient! Do not rush to kill someone. If someone is confused on who to kill, ASK and find out. It is better to waste 1 minute resetting/regrouping then losing your high nemesis streak that may have taken hours to build up.
5) Periodically you will get stuck in the map. To fix this, have YOUR enemy knife you in the lower back. Then have your teammate revive you, and resume your normal order.
6) If for some reason you are killed and lose your nemesis streak. Ir is the decision of your group whether you can earn it back quickly. If you as a group decide to earn it back. Repeatedly kill your enemy and have their partner revive them. Do this until your nemesis bonus is re-earned.

Note: This is not a glitch and is intended for downed players to defend themselves.

There is in fact no successful way to kit boost.
This is because kit boosting involves groups of 3 and the ability to switch teams.
That is why i have not added it.

I have been in a lobby boosting with him and i went from lvl 10 - lvl 20 so if you guys could sticky this it would be a great and hlepful sticky that 100's of thousands of users would greatly appreciate it. I Would but sadly i cannot
