What you forgot to read was the area titled 'Important Notice' it clearly states people are being banned/reset and what to do to minimize your chances of this happening.

For which classes?
Snipers: large maps(Bolt Actions) Small maps (Semi-Autos)
Assault Rifles: Anything low recoil high fire rate (Personal Preferance)
LMGs: Same as assault rifles.
SMGs: High Fire Rate is what you want.
