It seems i cant uninstall neighborhood from my computer? how does one do this. ive tried the obvious, went to add/remove, tells me i cant do it, then i force removed it, and its still on my desktop and i cant reinstall it, i get some whack characters and it doesnt even let me select an install location.

If you can't get it to uninstall you can always try a third party uninstaller to clean up the leftover files. I've heard of Geek uninstaller but not familiar with it. Maybe someone has a better recommendation as far as specific program.

Yeah i tried that, and its still stuck on my desktop and i cant reinstall it.

What unistaller have you tried? I had to use Revo Uninstaller when I had this issue, you need an uninstaller that will be able to get rid of the hidden files.

I used geek to get rid of it, and then tried revo but im probably missing something in it for the hidden files, thats what im stuck on
