I went for 2 monitors to get some better performance and improved peripherals.
You can get a cheap Windows licence key from key reseller sites (G2A, Kinguin, etc.).

If you want to spend a bit more and get a nicer primary monitor, you could opt for the Gigabyte M27U instead of the G27Q. Alternatively you could swap the graphics card for an RX 7800 XT and save yourself ~$50 to go towards it.

Keyboards and mice are normally considered more personal in terms of whether you like a certain one but I've recommended ones similar to what I currently use. You can absolutely just get a cheap and cheerful keyboard/mouse combo instead if you'd rather save the money.
