If you are a college/university student, you can claim a code on UNiDAYS by signing up and verifying your institution email (usually an email ending in .edu or .ac.uk etc). Once you sign up and verify, search for "Call of Duty" and you should be able to claim a code which you then redeem here.

If you have the money you could also do the preorder and then just cancel it after you play the beta.
