Anyone know how to have only a follow button on a facebook page (not profile)

Have seen some people with it, eg, Russell Brand. Page has follow only button and displays only followers and following.

I believe that you need max friends first for that ! Which is 5k, then it wont let people add you anymore only follow. Celebs get it as well though
