So, I had a drinking problem. I use to drink heavily every single night and last week I had enough...
I looked at how much money I was spending and almost had a heart attack and decided it was time for a change! Got another gym membership, and hitting it hard again! I haven't had a drink in a week now, it might not seem like much to you but it's a big deal for me! Not looking for sympathy, but I'd love to help/talk to you if you want help or just need someone to talk to! Feel free to message me! YOU GOT THIS TTG!!! |

| I'll give tou some massive credit, it takes a lot to pull your shit out of it + Then push yourself to the gym. That's mad respect. I went off for AA meetings. Decided to quit but not cold Turkey. I only drink on a Saturday. Unfortunately I'm playing catch up and embarrassing myself in the shoutbox. You should feel proud mate! Hard work pays off! |
